This grant and matching challenge sparked $18.7 million for Denver Health’s uncompensated care.

• With the help of a Kaiser Permanente grant, Project Angel Heart expanded its medically tailored meals program into Northern Colorado aiming to provide more than 2.4 million meals to 10,000 individuals by 2026.
