License Your Pet
All dogs and cats over 4 months old in Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs and Monument must be licensed by the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region. In other parts of El Paso County, including Fountain, dog licenses are required and cat licensing is strongly encouraged. Licenses may be obtained online, in person, by mail or at participating veterinarian’s offices.
