Its prices are elevated too. “The highest average sales prices in El Paso County can be found in the trees of 80908,” says Benjamin Day with LIV Sotheby’s International Realty. That’s partly due to the desirable luxury subdivisions on the forest’s southwest side: Cathedral Pines, Bridle Bit and New Breed Ranch. Privacy and seclusion rule in this area, just the way the locals like it.
