License Your Pet
All dogs and cats over 4 months old in Colorado Springs, Manitou Springs and Monument must be licensed by the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region. In other parts of El Paso County, including Fountain, dog licenses are required and cat licensing is strongly encouraged. Licenses may be obtained online, in person, by mail or at participating veterinarian’s offices.

Register in person or online for your free library card and unlock access to the 15 branches and wealth of digital resources and services at the Pikes Peak Library District.
Ride Public Transportation
Mountain Metropolitan Transit provides bus service within the city, including west to Manitou Springs, north to PPCC Rampart, east to Powers Boulevard and south to Security-Widefield.
Mountain Metro Mobility provides service in same areas as Mountain Metro.
Commuter Bus Service
Bustang serves Colorado Springs to Fort Collins via Denver. Bustang Outrider serves Colorado Springs to Lamar, including Pueblo.
